Shipping Policy
At TechTide Store, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary due to high demand, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. TechTide Store is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Refunds Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. If the return is approved, refund instructions will be provided. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is reviewed and processed. Please note that shipping times are separate from the return window, which begins only after confirmed delivery.
